Winter Flow

Winter is a season of reflection, creativity, and close-knit community. Our co-op focuses on relationship-building and skill-sharing through cozy, hands-on learning experiences. Children engage in storytelling, art, science, and practical life skills inspired by winter themes such as rest, resilience, and care for one another. Meet-ups offer a slower, intentional rhythm with time for collaboration, mentorship across ages, and shared projects that strengthen our community during the colder months.

What Winter looks like…

11/12-Week
Session

December - Feb/March

Program Structure

Weekly meetups allow our families the opportunity to connect and with the community. Summer is our most casual season. We spend most of our meetups outside, enjoying nature, in gardens, pools, etc. This is a great season for socializing, for joining us on camping trips, and for trialing out the group to see if you like our style!

What’s Included

Tuition covers all program materials, from art supplies to our seasonal birthday celebration. A more comprehensive cost breakdown can be found on the ‘Cost’ page.

Session Dates

All seasons run on a 12-week schedule. Winter is typically begins in December through the beginning of March. There is a Winter Holiday break, and that is 2 weeks long.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Winter Flow starts in December and goes through February/early March.

  • We try our hardest to stay within the Twin Cities. This is inspired by our push for leaning into our hyper local communities. However, your family DOES NOT have to live within the cities. If you live outside of the cities, you will likely be coming in for 75% of the meetups. Typically, our trips to the suburbs are for things like nature centers or farms!
